The official directory Who Is Who in Transport and Freight Forwarding in
Bulgaria is published with the support of the Association of Bulgarian Enterprises
for International Road Transport and the Roads (AEBTRI), the Bulgarian National
Forwarding Association (NSBS), and the Regional Association of Ship Brokers
and Agents (RASBA) - Varna. At the beginning of the book presentations of
these organizations as well as lists of their members are to be found.
Who
Is Who in Transport and Freight Forwarding in Bulgaria as a reference
book comprises two identical parts - in Bulgarian and in English (the
English part is on a CD). The forth edition Who Is Who In Transport
and Forwarding in Bulgaria 2001 includes information about more
than 850 companies covering all kinds of transport. The reference book
has the following structure:
- Alphabetical
Index - comprising the names in alphabetical order of all the companies
included in the directory, with references to their location in Bulgaria,
and a phone number.
o Regional Index - a list of the companies grouped by the regions in
Bulgaria where their headquarters/representations are located, in alphabetical
order by town/company name, a phone and a fax number for contact.
- General
Company Directory - this is the main part of the reference book
including the following information on each company: logo, address/contact
data as well as a short presentation of its activities; the companies
are listed in alphabetical order by name.
- Reference
Indexes - 71 reference indexes - designed to group the companies
according to the specific services they offer. For instance, the Freight
Forwarding Index lists all the companies which have stated that they
provide forwarding services, both internationally and in Bulgaria. The
Car Carriers Index comprises the companies which have announced that
they provide services with this kind of vehicles. The Manufacturing
and Sales of Transport Vehicles Index contains the names of manufacturers
of trucks, trailers and superstructures, as well as the names of their
representatives in Bulgaria, or companies importing or trading in their
products. Reference information on sea and river ports, airports, duty
free zones, customs offices, insurance companies is also included.
- Special
supplement on specific information about the European countries
(addresses of diplomatic and consular offices in Bulgaria, road charges
and motorway tolls, speed limits and dimension restrictions for trucks,
holidays and non-working days, etc.) is included at the end of the Bulgarian
section. At the end of the English section there is the same information
about Bulgaria.
- List
of advertisers at the end of the book can help you find a more detailed
information about selected companies presented also with advertisements,
with references to the pages where the ad of each company is to be found
in the directory.
Who
Is Who In Transport and Forwarding in Bulgaria is distributed in Bulgaria
and in the most European countries as well as at the specialized exhibitions
and trade shows.
The
INTERNET VERSION of the Directory is
only in English.
