L804E - Leading Companies Entered Logistics Park Varna
On July 7, 2008 Mario Zahariev, chairman of the Board of Directors of FairPlay Commercial, and Kiril Yordanov, Mayor of Varna, inaugurated the building A1 of Logistics Park Varna. The building A1 is a part of Logistics Park Varna (LPV) that is currently being built in the Western Industrial Zone of the city. LPV is designed as a complex of modern warehouse areas, offices, parking, commercial, and exhibition areas. The total built-up area is planned to be over 120,000 sq.m. An advantage of the new complex is the comfortable water, land and air transport connection. The total value of the investment is EUR 57 million. The investor and executor of the project is FairPlay Commercial. The consultant is Colliers International – leader on the market of services in the domain of real estates.
The new building is of a mixed type – warehouses and offices. Among the first tenants are leading Bulgarian and international companies operating in different business fields.
