Several new facilities have already emerged eastwards, around the city of Elin Pelin and Elin Pelin railway station, such as Industrial Park Sofia East, Industrial Park Elin Pelin, the industrial park with a Spanish participation, and the project for a warehousing logistics centre of BN Holding. Examining the two zones, the broker assesses the region of Elin Pelin as more significant because of the clustering of larger projects there. In Bozhurishte, westward of Sofia, a new industrial park with an Italian participation appears, as well as many warehousing areas near Suhodol.
